The Literacy for All Community of Practice provided opportunities for picture13teachers to work together, to share ideas and strategies, and to find out which resources and what kind of literacy instruction would make a difference for their students.

While commercial literacy resources for teaching with were purchased each year, other key resources were co-developed with participating teachers in the Literacy for All communities of practice:
